Success Stories
1. We have sucessfully converted Anodic Electro Deposition Line to Cathodic Electro Deposition Line at M/s Mahindra 2 Wheelers on 12 / 07 / 2011.
2. We have sucessfully designed and commissioned, complete Liquid Painting Line at M/s Eicher Royal Enfield, Chennai in June 2011
3. We have just bagged an order for completely revamping M/s Royal Enfield Paint Booths, 4 Nos Pre-Treatment Tanks and Paint Baking Oven in a set 8 days deadline.
4. We have successfully designed and commissioned Two Powder Coating Lines at NHK Springs India Pvt Ltd.
5. Our Cathodic Electro Deposition Plant at M/s JBM Ltd is a State of Art Paint Line that produces all types of Axels for Maruti Suzuki Ltd. This plant is on 1st floor and is completely automated. There are only 3 Nos CED plants in India that are on 1st floor, and all are designed, installed and commissioned by M/s Soham Surface Coatings Pvt Ltd
6. We have commissioned the only Acrylic CED Plant Line for M/s JBM Ltd to Paint Two Wheeler Components for Honda Ltd in a record time of 4 months. This again is a fully automated PLC controlled line.
7. We have successfully commissioned 2 Nos Liquid Coating lines at Cummins India Ltd (Pirangut ). One of the line is completely used for Exports of High End Generators.
8. We are the only company in India to have revamped complete Heating systems with SS Heat exchangers for Paint Baking Ovens ( 2 Nos ) in a record 5 days shut down for M/s Ashok Leyland Ltd ( Hosur Division )
9. We have Designed, Installed and Commissioned, a Complete Automatic Liquid Painting Line for M/s Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. ( Mumbai ) This line is used to paint to all SDLC and ATM machines. This is one the only plant in India with Central Exhaust System.
10. We have just completed Commissioning of Powder Coating Line at Bhagwanpur ( Uttranchal ) for M/s Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co Ltd (Interio Division). This plant is distributed between 3 floors due to space constraints and is completely run through SCADA. M/s Godrej officials can get reports sitting in Mumbai for Bhangwanpur Plant ( Uttranchal ).
11. We have successfully installed 3 Nos Complete Ultra Filtrate Systems along with Side and Bottom Electrodes at M/s JBM Ltd (Manesar and Gurgaon ). This system is the first order after Soham – Membracon association. The systems at all locations are running satisfactorily for last 2.5 yrs. We have bagged a repeat order for the same from M/s JBM in 2010-2011
12. We have successfully commissioned a multi colour Liquid coating line at M/s Orient Fans ( Faridabad ) to paint their fan blades.
